Position Summary

• The Visa Consulting Manager will deliver consulting support and projects to VISA's key clients across CEMEA. The main objective of the role is to help deepen client relationships and optimize and grow client performance by helping them define and implement strategies  focused on the aforementioned.  The specific area of specialization required is Acquiring financial services, including but not limited to - payments (opened or closed loop), organizational structures, merchants management, risk practices, operational processes, acquisition, usage, retention and value propositions

Principal Responsibilities/Key Results Area

• Using VISA and external data to analyze client needs across the regions markets and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with VISA’s clients.
• In coordination with regional teams (Account Executives, Country Managers, Merchant Services) develop plans for consulting activity via the identification of opportunities that will secure funds either cash or from partnership agreements (should they exist) to support Consulting projects.
• Support the development of project pitches and secure new Consulting assignments with clients, as well as re-engagement opportunities via a consultative sales approach across markets with traditional and non-traditional acquirers.
• Deliver Consulting projects. Resolve complex strategic problems. Synthesize and manage complex project structures when required. Manage, facilitate and implement consulting services and meet client's business targets (assignment objectives, project scope, budget, paperwork, external consultants' supervision and project delivery). Work closely with other VISA groups, including Product, Marketing, Merchant Services etc., to ensure a seamless Consulting experience.
• Work on client site and/or virtually to design and project manage the implementation of marketing campaigns, value propositions, products and services when required
• Work with practice area globally to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other services and leverage global consulting solutions.
• Build and maintain a repository of leading practices, new trends, business models and case studies to ensure that relevant information is accessible and up to date

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
