What You Will Do
As the Delivery and Web Manager you will be seen as a leader in the IT department responsible for organisation-wide systems and information. The role involves maintaining the day-to-day operational stability of systems and pro-actively driving system enhancements for digital transformation for cloud adoption within the organisation.

You will engage with the following stakeholders:

• Financial institutions
• Payment Processors
• Product Owners
• Enterprise Project Management Office
• BSVA Service Centre
• External and internal technical teams
• Vendors

Key Role Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that both integration and e-commerce platforms are stable and operable in alignment to SLA requirements.
• Ensure all problems and incidents are analysed in order to derive a solution.
• Ensure all identified changes are scoped, designed, built, tested and delivered
• Ensure technical documentation is developed, delivered and maintained as required
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
• Ensure self and team are aligned to security processes and requirements.
• Ensure 24/7 support on assigned products.

Qualifications / Knowledge

• Technical Degree (Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant technical experience.
• Good knowledge on Java, C++, XML-ISO20222, Json etc.
• Good background in Linux/Unix administration
• Previous exposure to large-scale systems design
• Strong skills to troubleshoot distributed systems
• Good knowledge on payments domain and understanding of payments process flow.
• Good File management process knowledge

Experience

• Minimum 8 years’ experience managing integration between financial systems with proven ability to apply process management principles and techniques to a wide range of complex tasks.
• Experience in API Gateways, Kubernetes, Docker, serverless solutions and CI/CD tools will be preferable
• Experience on e-commerce platforms such as 3D Secure.
• Experience with the core AWS services will be preferable
