Manager Distribution and Sales - Britos Bakery at PepsiCo

Responsibilities

• Plan distribution incl. products, people, vehicles, routes and customers
• Optimise fleet utilisation
• Execute customer device delivery incl. orders, products, queries and cash
• Optimise stock management of final goods
• Manage equipment and vehicles incl. crates, pallet scales and forklifts
• Analyse sales forecasts and competitor activities
• Formulate and manage plans ie volume, price and promotion
• Negotiate and manage price, promotions, services and specials
• Manage promotional assets and equipment
• Manage internal/3rd party/agents performance
• Control working capital items eg debtors day and product returns
• Manage customer relationships
• Support customers

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology or Quality Management
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment of which 3 years were in a managerial role
• Computer literate in MS Office and MS Powerpoint
• Understanding of HACCP and FSSC 22 000
