People management skills including leadership, performance management, people motivation and people development (minimum 5 years’ experience);
Ability to coordinate several tasks and multiple team members successfully in order to meet deadlines/projects
Communication & conflict management skills to successfully deal with all levels, age groups and cultures of people – both internal and external. Ability to manage people in a unionized environment successfully (5 years);
Commercial & financial: Financial acumen and experience in adherence to budget
Problem solving skills identify potential problems and put the necessary in place to resolve the problem. Important to be pro-active not re-active
Minimum 5 years experience in an Logistics industry;
Senior Industrial Engineering Experience in logistics environment: >5 years;
7+ year/s experience in execution of CIP (Continuous Improvement Processes);

Ability to work weekends and extended hours and travel when required

Own vehicle & valid license
