Minimum requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• 2 – 4 years' retail experience
• Managerial experience advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Merchandise Management

• Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and product presentation
• Execute promotions and maintain merchandising standards

Sales & Promotions

• Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets
• Coordinate and execute promotional activities

Finance & Administration

• Monitor and control departmental expenses
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative processes

Operations & Maintenance

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the department
• Maintain equipment and store standards

Shrinkage & Security

• Monitor and control stock losses and shrinkage
• Ensure adherence to security procedures

Customer Service Management

• Deliver and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively

People Management & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Manage performance and support staff development
