Here is what your key responsibilities will entail:

• Ensure that your team renders meticulous legal support and service to our Members.
• Management of your team and the LegalWise Branch, not limited to:
• People Management
• Budget Management
  • Effectively identify, assess, mitigate and report the risks of the business area/department
  • Branch Financial Controls
  • Branch Productivity
• Project Management
• Performance Reporting
  • Delivery of the ultimate standard in
• services and support
• Handling and/or resolution of customer complaints/queries
• Case File Management
• Resolution in terms of volume and rates
• Attorney referrals
• Combined Workflow Attendance

These are the following prerequisites to join our Company:

• A completed Legal degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ post admission legal experience
• Previous experience in a supervisor or management level position advantageous.
• Experience in respect of budget management, human resource practices and operations essential.
