Manager Legal Services - Ladybrand at OVK - Group

Minimum Requirements:

• LLB;
• Admitted attorney;
• 8 – 10 years of management experience;
• Thorough knowledge of Civil Litigation and General Litigation;
• Good experience of High Court Litigation will serve as a recommendation;
• Thorough knowledge of Legislation, Civil Procedure and case law is required.
• Valid driver's license.

Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English;
• Good computer skills (MS Office);
• Good organisational and problem solving skills;
• High level of communication and negotiation skills;
• High level of integrity and ethical value;
• High level of energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

• Management of collections and legal processes;
• Management of criminal charges;
• Drafting and reviewing of contracts;
• Management of personnel;
• Management and administration of properties and trademarks;
• Provision of legal advice to the OVK group;
• Compliance and company secretarial duties.
