Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• B-degree/B Tech/National Higher Diploma in Commerce/Supply Chain Management/Operations Management at NQF 7 with 360 credits

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Materials Management/Operations Management
• Skills and Competencies
• Knowledge of Business operations process management
• Knowledge of Integrated supply chain management
• Knowledge of safety management and transport regulations
• Knowledge of financial analysis, budget planning and forecasting
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide direction in terms of the design, planning and implementation of strategies for materials supply chain
• Initiate, drive and embed the principles of optimisation and standardization of materials management
• Direct inventory planning analysis in the business unit
• Direct and manage the human and financial resources
• Provide oversight of the materials management operational performance and reporting methodology key performance indicators (KPI’s)
