Job Specification

To plan, implement and maintain the IT Network Infrastructure (WAN, LAN, SDWAN, Voice, Network Security, Internet Connectivity and Wireless Systems), Telephone Systems, Printers/MFD’s and UPS systems.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma and the required Certification (e.g., CCNP, CCIE)
• 6 years related experience
• Specialist knowledge and skills of Networking Technologies on all platforms (hosted on premise and cloud).
• Cisco background in switching, routing, IP telephony, with experience in design, deployment, and support
• Budgeting and Basic Financial Administration Skills
• Project Management Skills
• A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle

• Ensure Printers, UPS environments and MFD fleet run optimally, in line with business requirements
• Plan and execute projects to deploy infrastructure at new sites and/or to replace obsolete IT infrastructure
• Vendor Management – manage service levels according to approved service contracts
• Good governance in all aspects of information management environment, including risk mitigation
