• Komatsu South Africa has an opportunity for a Manager: Ops Product Support & Sales in Germiston. The candidate should have a Trade/B.Tech/B.Degree (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering). The candidate should have at least 8 - 10 years relevant experience.

• Trade/B.Tech/B.Degree (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)

EXPERIENCE:

• 8 - 10 years' experience in technical product advice, support and sales
• 1 - 2 years supervisory experience
• 8 years experience in earth moving/mining industry

Skills/Additional requirements:

• Driver's license

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

• Liaison - and change management.
• Designing and implementing aftermarket sales processes
• Developing and implementing sales processes for technical PSSR teams, specialists, and other representatives
• Researching and analysing data to create aftermarket sales forecasts
• Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
• Recruiting, hiring, and training technical representatives
• Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analysing aftermarket sales data and consumer trends
• Creating and managing automation tools to increase technical sales & support process efficiency
• Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
