Manager - Order Desk at Vodacom

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Accountable for managing and motivating a team to deliver compliant, efficient, timely and high quality services to support Business operations.
• Period End Accounting, Analysis and Reconciliation.
• Ensure Core Business Model (CBM) policies & processes, governance & compliance (SOX, Internal and External Audit) frameworks are in place and adhered to.
• Implement appropriate controls, policies & procedures and drive compliance.
• Drive process improvement and automation projects to improve SLAs and KPIs.
• Produce KPIs, SLAs, Reports, Information and Insights to enable Business decisions.
• Manage all internal and external audit requirements.
• Providing expertise and analysis to the Market/Vendors on matters involving PTP.
• Backup support during team absence

The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Purchasing or Commerce /Finance related field.
• Experience
• Subject matter expert in ‘Procure To’ and ‘To Pay’ operations.
• Minimum Of 5-8 Years Relevant Experience.
• 3-5 years relevant experience with SAP, Ariba, MDM applications (proficient to expert).
• 5 years in a leadership role
