Manager: Organisational Performance, Planning and Reporting at The Eastern Cape Rural Development Agency (ECRDA)

Main purpose of the position

• Leading and coordinate the development of the organisational strategy and monitor its implementation.

Minimum requirements

Educational

• Honours degree in either Social/ Applied Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Business Management, Development Studies, Organisational Development, Organisational psychology, and / or related filed.
• Master’s qualification will be an added advantage

Educational Qualification

• 10 years working experience.
• 5 -7 years’ experience in operational planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Driving

• Code 08 driver’s license
