Qualification and Experiecene

• B-Tech/B-Eng Industrial,Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 

• 5 years experience in Production in an Automotive industry
• 5 years experience in managing people
• Knowledge of IPST

Skills: 

• Substantial knowledge of Production and/or Logistics processes and system enhancements
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills are required.
• MS Office experience required.
• Knows the Production and/or Physical logistics organisation and the area leaders.
• Knows escalation process to leadership.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.

• product quality/customer satisfaction
• process stability/capability
• production volume
• productivity
• Organizes and controls the utilization of resources.
