 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all quantity surveying standards services are provided throughout the project life cycle
• Manage the delivery of the project quantity surveying services
• Manage team performance, development of skills ,knowledge and capabilities
• Represent project controls in tender evaluations , contract clarification and cost negotiations
• Monitor, advise and support project controls and contract administration services
• Lead and support the collation and compilation of contract documentation
• Manage compliance with all Eskom and site related governance and safety , health , environment , risk and quality [SHERQ] requirements

Minimumum Requirements

 Qualification(s):

• B Degree / B Tech / Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction management / Construction / Construction Economics at NQF7 with 360 credits

Professional Registration Requirement:

• Professional Registration Body: South African Council of Quantity Surveying Professionals (SACQS) as a professional quantity surveyor (PrQS)

Related Minimum Experience:

• 5 Years
