Manager, Segment - Rosebank

Job Description
- To implement, enable, scale the deployment and monitor adoption of the customer value proposition(s) and life journeys across country for an allocated sub-segment in Standard Bank Private (e.g., Private, Prestige, Professional, etc.).
Qualifications
- Business Commerce Degree
Experience Required
- Personal and Private Banking
- 5-7 years experience in the development and enablement of CVPs. Good understanding of digital, open banking and platform integrations. Good understanding of behavioural economics and its practical application. Experience in/or exposure to an income statement, balance sheet, pricing strategies, risk management, credit and teamwork.
