Manager: SHE at University of Fort Hare

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Manage the SHE functions for the University of Fort Hare.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Organisational Unit Staff Management
• SHE Implementation management
• Manage SHE compliance audits

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A relevant NQF 7 Degree in Health and Safety Management.
• First Aid – Level 2.
• Legal Liability (NQF 1).
• 6 Years minimum experience in the Built Environment.
• 3 Years leadership experience.
• Sound experience & track record in the determination & implementation of SHE policies & procedures.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:

• Registration: SACPCMP/SAIOSH.
• NEBOSH/SAMTRAC/SHAMTRAC or equivalent.
• Experience in Higher Education context.
