Manager - Telecommunications Network Services(TNS)

Requirements
- Degree in a relevant networks, radio or electronics environment
- More than 8 years managerial experience within an Electronic, Radio or Network Engineering/ Technological department/organisation
- Proficiency in two of the official languages of the Western Cape (one of which is English)
- Strong strategic capability and leadership qualities
Key Performance Areas
- Manage and lead the operations and performance of the Telecommunications Network Services branch
- Plan, execute and control resources in an effective and efficient manner to successfully deliver on set objectives
- Responsible for overall branch contract management, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Accountable for the management and overall control of the branch capital and operating budgets
- Provide management support and oversight for operational and HR issues
- Stakeholder communication and management
