By building, acquiring or revamping buildings, this private developer and landlord has built up a sizeable portfolio. Having grown organically but somewhat haphazardly over the past few years, they are now looking for a leader who can put systems into place which will drive efficiencies in the financial, property and day to day to management of the business. Whilst property is at their core, they also have a number of other interests, and so a solid finance background & proven business acumen is required in their new MD. Forming part of the Investment Committee, you will work with internal and external deal makers to ensure that only the most viable deals are perused. If you have a post-graduate degree in business management, at least 5 years' experience in property management and exceptional change management skills.
