Managing Executive - ITB at Novus Holdings Ltd

Introduction

• ITB, a division of Novus Holdings, is currently seeking to appoint a Managing Executive who will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive the company's overall growth and success in the competitive packaging industry. This includes overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring the company achieves its financial and operational goals while maintaining its position as a leader in the market.

Job description

• Lead the development of strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives
• Full P&L responsibility
• Evaluate and capitalise on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for expansion
• Explore new market opportunities
• Build on the momentum of the ITB legacy to create a meaningful player in the packaging industry
• Direct and oversee day-to-day operations across all departments including production, sales, distribution, and finance
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and effective management of budgets to achieve financial targets and maximise profitability
• Manage compliance with regulatory requirements
• Building strong external and internal customer relations focused on collaboration that will unlock synergies and achievement of better efficiencies
• Drive increased efforts to enhance the company's brand reputation and market presence
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Foster a culture of innovation to stay ahead of industry changes and technological advancements
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
• Provide mentorship and guidance to senior leaders, promoting a unified vision and cohesive organisational strategy

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a similar qualification
• Post graduate qualification in Commerce or business management (an advantage)
• Minimum 8 - 10 years’ senior management experience
• Proven experience in senior leadership or executive roles.
• Excellent track record of driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
