We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Recruitment Researcher supporting our team, to recruit for a variety of positions for our Hollard Group (bulk recruitment); Short-Term and Life Insurance specific roles

• Taking Job Briefs from Managers & Directors for active positions, asking accurate questions to be able to target the right candidates to the right opportunities
• Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Manager
• Actively working for the Manager on sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and briefing candidates
• Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles
• Tactfully headhunt and source for both passive and actively-looking candidates through various channels
• Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates in the Applicant Tracking System
• Screen and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles based on their skills, experience, and qualifications
• Work closely with the recruitment team to conduct candidate screening/interviews and formatting their cvs
• Participate in recruitment meetings with consultants and provide recommendations on suitable candidates
• Analyse recruitment market trends and conduct Business Development research into new segments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment practices, and new sourcing methods
• Additional sourcing duties as assigned by the consultant
• Having qualitative conversations with candidates either over the phone or through MS Teams to analyse skills, knowledge and personality
• Preparing shortlists of candidates for various positions, thereby preparing CV's and Candidate's presentations-displaying a career snapshot of shortlisted candidates, justifying why the candidates would be a perfect fit for the role and organisation
• Putting together high-level information packs for candidates to better understand the client, role and job market in the region
• Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role being worked on across various clients which serves as a personal database
• Updating the records of active candidates on our recruitment database
• Managing interview processes between clients and candidates: preparing the candidates for their interviews, scheduling interviews, and liaising with the logistics team to coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for clients/candidates if required

Required Knowledge and Experience    

• 5 years recruitment experience
• Strong interest in sales and recruitment
• Strong bilingual communication skills to communicate with candidates located regionally
• Able to multitask effectively while juggling multiple ongoing roles
• Comfortable communicating effectively over the phone
• Ambitious self-starter who is able to meet targets and deadlines
• Previous experience as a researcher in a recruitment firm will be an added advantage
• Experience in Short Term Insurance, Life, General Insurance, Commercial Insurance and CoEs
• Experience of a customer focused role
• Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
