    Marketing Account Manager

    Overview:

    • A dynamic, fast-growing property group is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to play a central role in driving and coordinating marketing activity across a high-value commercial property portfolio.
    • This is a strategy-meets-execution role, ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity, ensuring campaigns move seamlessly from idea to launch, while keeping multiple stakeholders aligned and accountable.
    • Operating across digital, on-site and traditional channels, this environment offers exposure to a diverse mix of marketing initiatives tied directly to occupancy, leasing performance and commercial success. The role sits at the heart of the marketing function, acting as the connective tissue between strategy, creative, digital and operations.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans and coordinated campaign activity
    • Drive end-to-end campaign execution across digital, outdoor and on-site channels
    • Manage campaign timelines from concept through to launch and reporting
    • Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard
    • Prepare clear and structured briefs for internal teams and external suppliers
    • Coordinate with design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment to campaign goals
    • Manage relationships with suppliers including print, signage and media partners
    • Act as the central point of coordination between marketing, sales and operations teams
    • Maintain alignment across stakeholders on campaign progress, timelines and deliverables
    • Oversee and maintain marketing materials across the full property portfolio
    • Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement

    Requirements:

    • 3 + years’ experience in a marketing coordination or account management role
    • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • Strong project management and organisational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills with strong briefing capability
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, property portals)
    • Experience with campaign tracking and reporting
