Marketing and Growth Manager at Tripplo Software

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Marketing and Growth Manager at Tripplo Software, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive the growth and adoption of our digital platform. Your primary focus will be on targeting and acquiring new cargo owners, cargo brokers, purchasers, and transporters across the SADC region. You will work closely with the leadership team to define and execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Tripplo and revolutionizing the road freight industry. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute marketing strategies: Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. 
• Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and track industry trends. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and make informed decisions. 
• Brand Management: Develop and maintain the Tripplo brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. 
• Lead generation and conversion: Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels to acquire new cargo owners, cargo brokers, purchasers, and transporters. Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages to maximize user acquisition. 
• Content marketing: Create compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, Tripplo website, pitch decks, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media content, to engage and educate our target audience. 
• Digital marketing: Oversee digital marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising.  
• Partnership and collaboration: Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities with relevant industry players to expand our reach and drive growth. 
• Analytics and reporting: Monitor key marketing metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data to measure ROI, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus. 
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans. Proven track record of driving growth and achieving measurable results. 
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is desirable. 
• Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions. Ability to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize marketing campaigns based on insights. 
• Ability to effectively convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
