    Marketing Campaign Manager

    Purpose of the Job    

    • To lead the planning, execution, and management of end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiatives across Medirite Plus and related business units. The role is responsible for driving customer engagement, brand awareness, foot traffic, and sales growth through integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, supplier partnerships, and in-store activations.
    • The Marketing Campaign Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and operational teams, ensuring all marketing activity is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
    • The role also requires strong digital marketing knowledge and the ability to manage omnichannel campaigns across retail, digital, social media, and experiential platforms.

    Job Objectives    

    Campaign Strategy & Execution

    • Plan, manage and execute end-to-end TTL marketing campaigns across all channels.
    • Lead Month-End, Perception, Seasonal and Category campaigns from briefing through implementation and post-campaign reporting.
    • Develop campaign concepts and marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement and sales growth.
    • Ensure all campaigns align with business strategy, category objectives and commercial priorities.
    • Manage campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
    • Coordinate campaign deployment across stores and digital platforms.

    Agency & Stakeholder Management

    • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external creative, media and digital agencies.
    • Develop and manage campaign briefs, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables.
    • Coordinate all sign-off processes for print, digital, social media and POS materials.
    • Monitor agency performance, timelines and quality standards.
    • Facilitate workflow between Marketing, Operations, Buying, Suppliers and external partners.

    Digital Marketing & Social Media

    • Manage and support digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
    • Work closely with digital and media agencies to plan and execute digital campaigns.
    • Oversee social media content calendars and campaign rollouts across relevant platforms.
    • Ensure content is engaging, customer-focused and aligned to campaign objectives.
    • Monitor digital performance metrics and provide optimisation recommendations.
    • Maintain awareness of digital marketing trends, retail media opportunities and emerging platforms.

    Store Openings, Activations & Events

    • Plan and coordinate new store openings and launch campaigns.
    • Manage in-store activations, promotional events and experiential marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and brand partners to deliver impactful customer experiences.
    • Drive initiatives that increase store traffic and strengthen customer engagement.
    • Oversee event execution from planning through post-event evaluation.

    Supplier & Partnership Marketing

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.
    • Identify and develop collaborative marketing opportunities.
    • Manage supplier-funded campaigns and activations.
    • Ensure partner initiatives align with brand objectives and deliver measurable value.

    Reporting, Analytics & Performance Management

    • Track, analyse and report on campaign performance.
    • Produce weekly, monthly and campaign-specific sales performance reports.
    • Support Brand Manager in presenting insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
    • Monitor marketing spend and campaign ROI.
    • Use campaign data and customer insights to optimise future activity.
    • Support budget planning, forecasting and performance reviews.

    Operational Excellence

    • Participate in operational meetings and cross-functional business forums.
    • Manage campaign administration, invoicing and supplier documentation.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered within governance, compliance and brand standards.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and processes.

    Quality, Governance and Compliance

    • Ensure campaigns are executed in line with approved processes, standards, brand guidelines and governance frameworks
    • Maintain accurate campaign records, documentation and administrative artefacts to support auditability and reporting.
    • Support compliance with financial, contractual and operational requirements related to campaign execution.
    • Adhere to organisational policies, controls and ways of working to ensure consistent and reliable campaign delivery.

    • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

    Experience    

    Essential

    • + 2years’ experience in a campaign management role (e.g., advertising/media) with a track record of strong campaign management support and related activities.
    • Experience working with creative, media and digital agencies.3

    Desirable

    • Retail and FMCG, Beauty or Healthcare marketing experience advantageous.
    • Experience managing events, activations and store launches.
    • Strong digital marketing knowledge and understanding of social media, paid media.
