    Purpose of the Job    

    • To ensure optimum stock levels in the Distribution Centre. To ensure the ease of oversight if needed from other departmental heads. Facilitate certain authorised functions and drive compliance. Ensure that Stock take results achieved. 

    Job Objectives    

    • Ensure staff productivity by ensuring Supervisors instructions are implemented
    • Ensure that staff comply with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and good warehouse practice principles
    • Manage Storage capacity in designated department

    Purpose of the Job    

    • To lead the planning, execution, and management of end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiatives across Medirite Plus and related business units.     Test Analyst III

    Purpose of the Job    

    • The purpose of the role is to coordinate and perform testing activities of a more complex nature, to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions. The role designs, develops and administers a series of complex tests and evaluations that identify any potential issues with a product before its general release, including defect fixes, functional and non-functional testing, system enhancements, new applications, fixes for incidents and disaster recovery testing (includes changes to systems or business products).  
    • The role verifies and validates that the intended solution meets stated requirements and specifications that guided its design and development, and that they work within required standards and frameworks.  
    • The role provides technical expertise and support relating to testing and evaluations and takes the technical lead on large and complex projects requiring deep specialised knowledge, working in close collaboration with project, testing and functional teams across the business to deliver client application support and ensure IT operations run smoothly.

    Purpose of the Job    

    • The Application Specialist III primary responsibilities are to independently participate in the coordination of projects requiring functional and specialised knowledge, working in close

    Deployment Lead

    Purpose of the Job    

    • The purpose of the Technology Team Lead III is to lead and optimise the delivery of technology solutions across a defined portfolio, providing advanced technical leadership and ensuring end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-performing systems through effective execution, dependency management, and strong stakeholder and team alignment.

    Job Objectives    

    Technology Delivery Leadership 

    • Lead and drive end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across the SDLC. 
    • Define delivery approaches, standards, and best practices to ensure quality outcomes. 
    • Oversee design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and support activities. 
    • Ensure alignment to architecture, engineering standards, and enterprise frameworks. 
    • Optimise system performance, scalability, stability, and maintainability. 

    Portfolio & Execution Management 

    • Manage delivery across a portfolio of projects, programmes, and releases. 
    • Define and drive execution plans, ensuring alignment to timelines and business priorities. 
    • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery constraints. 
    • Drive delivery governance, ensuring adherence to SDLC, change, and release processes. 
    • Monitor and report on portfolio performance, delivery health, and improvement areas. 

    Advanced Team Leadership

    Stakeholder & Business Engagement 

    • Build and manage strong relationships with business, IT leadership, and vendors.

    • Provide strategic input into solution direction and delivery prioritisation. 
    • Communicate risks, progress, and outcomes at a senior stakeholder level. 

    Governance, Risk & Operational Excellence 

    • Drive compliance with governance frameworks, quality standards, and controls. 
    • Identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and operational risks. 
    • Ensure robust production readiness, release management, and support transition. 
    • Lead resolution of critical incidents and escalations. 

    Qualifications    

    • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (essential)

    Experience    

    • 5–7+ years’ experience in technology delivery, including coordination of multiple project team deliverables towards project objectives and deadlines or similar (essential). 
    • Of which 3+ years in formal team leadership role or similar (essential). 
    • Proven experience managing multiple projects or a delivery portfolio.

    • Exposure to structured delivery environments (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

    Beauty Consultant

    Purpose of the Job

    • Medirite Plus Lydenburg is looking for a dedicated Beauty Consultant with a strong interest in the retail beauty industry to join our team and provide expert advice on beauty and wellness products.

    Your main duties will consist of:

    • Advising customers on products and prices and;
    • Promoting and selling beauty products by means of rendering excellent customer service

    Job Objectives    

    • Maintain efficient operations, stock management, and shrink control in the beauty department while upholding housekeeping and administrative standards.
    • Giving product demonstrations and helping customers find products that meet their needs.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences.
    • Drive and maximize beauty department sales through promotions, cross-selling, and up-selling beauty products.
    • Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves.
    • Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying.
    • Keep up to date on all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events in order to provide accurate information to customers at all times.
    • Ensure and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service by means of sales, merchandising, and stock control of products.
    • Handle customer queries and escalate where necessary to management.
    • If required, assist with any ad hoc duties, excluding dispensary.

    Qualifications    

    Essential 

    • Grade 12 qualification

    Desirable

    • Professional certification in Beauty Therapy and Makeup or any other relevant course. Certifications in cosmetology will be an added benefit.

    Experience    

    Essential

    • Proven experience working within a beauty and skincare environment in a similar role.
    • At least 5 months of point of sale / till point experience within a retail environment.

    Knowledge and Skills    

    • Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products.
    • Understanding of which products suit different skin types.
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong product knowledge of various cosmetics and beauty products.
    • Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
    • Results and target-driven.
    • Strong administration skills.
    • Bilingual, preferably fluent in Afrikaans and English.
    • Engaging and friendly personality.
    • Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.
    • Knowledgeable of payment procedures (e.g. cash, cheque, bank card, credit cards, coupons, vouchers).
