Job Description    
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging and on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions)
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower base
• Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Website Management
• Maintain and update company website(s) with fresh content, images, blogs, and promotions
• Work with developers or use CMS platforms to ensure a functional and visually appealing site
• Ensure SEO best practices are implemented and optimised

General Marketing Duties

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, emailers, and flyers using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, or collaborators for events and promotions
• Support the development of branding materials and company presentations
• Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Inherent Requirements    
Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in a marketing role (1–3 years preferred)
• Proficiency in social media platforms, tools and strategies
• Basic knowledge of website management
• Familiarity with design tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
