    Marketing Coordinator

    ROLE OVERVIEW: 

    • The Marketing Coordinator is a proactive, organised, and commercially minded professional responsible for supporting and coordinating marketing, communication, and brand initiatives across the business.
    • The role involves managing campaigns, digital platforms, events, and internal initiatives, while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
    • This is a hands-on position requiring strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.

    Minimum requirements:

    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or related role.
    • Relevant qualification in Graphic Designing /Marketing/ Communications/Public Relations, or a related.

    Technical Skills & Experience
    Required:

    • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Acrobat Pro).
    • Canva.
    • HubSpot CRM (Marketing & Content Hub).
    • Social media marketing and management.
    • Website management, SEO, and analytics.
    • Campaign coordination and reporting.
    • Event planning and coordination.
    • Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and intranet platforms.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Advantageous:
    • Experience in internal communications and branding.
    • Experience with CSI initiatives.
    • Basic photography and videography skills.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    Marketing Coordination:

    • Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
    • Assist in maintaining a consistent brand identity across all communications and marketing materials.
    • Coordinate marketing projects, schedules, and deliverables to ensure effective execution.
    • Support marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.

    Digital Marketing and Content:

    • Manage and update website content.
    • Support SEO, website performance monitoring, and analytics reporting.
    • Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
    • Assist with social media engagement and performance tracking.
    • Capture basic photo and video content at events, workshops, and programme activities.

    Design and Creative Support:

    • Design and edit marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
    • Produce content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
    • Ensure all creative outputs align with the company brand guidelines.

    CRM and Internal Systems:

    • Manage and support marketing activities within HubSpot Marketing and Content Hub.
    • Assist with email campaigns, lead tracking, and reporting.
    • Utilise Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and intranet tools for project coordination and communication.

    Events and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Coordinate events, activations, workshops, and internal initiatives.
    • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
    • Represent the company professionally at external and internal events.

    Reporting and Analytics:

    • Track campaign performance and compile monthly marketing reports.
    • Analyse marketing data and provide insights to support decision-making.
    • Monitor digital and campaign metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

    Internal Marketing and Culture:

    • Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Assist in executing culture and change campaigns aligned with the company culture framework.
    • Contribute to CSI initiatives and related communications.
    • Help foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
