• Building and setup of new assets. (Desktops and Laptops)
• Mail releases
• Managing of Mail Blacklists and White Lists.
• Managing of Auto responses (e.g. Call centre support mail)
• User Archiving of Mailboxes
• Out of office assistance
• Calendar issues
• General email support. Bounce backs and connectivity issues
