Marketing Coordinator (Maternity contract) at Sygnia Asset Management

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This role is within the Marketing department, a hard-working team, dedicated to providing superior service to clients.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

• Be the primary lead for all presentations: maintain and update all presentations and co-ordinate the presentation calendar and log.
• Ensure that all promotional and marketing materials, documents, and correspondence adhere to the corporate image.
• Assist with the creation of client communication and HTML Mailers.
• Support the marketing team in the development and rollout of various marketing strategies, campaigns, and other information.
• Format and update spreadsheets and critical financial documents with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
• Format all relevant marketing materials and ensure brand identity cohesion and proper channel dissemination.
• Assist with social media maintenance.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functioning and co-ordination of the department’s activities.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing/ communication/journalism.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years’ marketing experience (Digital and or Financial Services marketing experience advantageous).
• Previous experience in formatting and creative work.
• Intermediate level: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
