    Marketing Coordinator

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

    Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
    • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, content management systems)
    • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus

    Duties

    Campaign Execution:

    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

    Content Creation:

    • Support the creation of engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials
    • Maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles

    Event Coordination:

    • Support in the execution of marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches
    • Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and promotional materials
    • Manage event registration and attendee communication

    Market Research:

    • Conduct Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

    Brand Management:

    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
    • Assist in developing and implementing brand guidelines
    • Support the creation of promotional materials that align with the brand's image and values

    Administrative Support:

    • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and organizing files
    • Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
    • Support in internal communication campaigns
