As a Marketing Executive for the EMEA region, you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
Your responsibilities will include brand awareness, lead generation and the development of compelling, result driven campaigns that attract new clients, drive pipeline growth and support the deliver Collinson solutions to our existing customers.
You will collaborate closely with global marketing, sales, business solutions, and account teams to support the growth marketing function—contributing to the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that drive demand and effectively nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of regional marketing initiatives that contribute to broader business objectives.
Contribute to the creation of marketing plans, including the development of channel-specific strategies and creative briefs.
Help plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across priority segments.
Assist in the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to attract, engage, and nurture high-value target accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams, in-house creative studios, and external agencies to deliver campaign assets and meet project requirements.
Build strong working relationships with local business development and commercial leads to ensure strategic alignment and ongoing collaboration.
Prepare and maintain regular performance reports, analysing key metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Coordinate marketing activity across channels—email, web, print, events, and social media—to ensure message consistency and maintain a cohesive campaign calendar.
Assist in evaluating event participation, sponsorship opportunities, awards submissions, and partnerships to maximise brand visibility and ROI.
Utilise market insights and customer data to improve audience understanding and enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate with data and digital teams to leverage tools, platforms, and touchpoints that optimise campaign reach and effectiveness.
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all marketing, sales, and campaign materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Assist in the lead management process by helping qualify and vet Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for handover to sales.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record in B2B marketing including lead generation, account-based marketing, brand awareness, and nurturing campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, digital marketing, or related fields (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and external stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with proven capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritise to meet tight deadlines
A collaborative team player with a creative mindset, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally, keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates and effective communication.
Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
