Job Description    

• A fantastic opportunity has opened up at Style's Support office for a talented Marketing Graduate to join our growing team for a 12 months fixed term contract.

• The successful applicant will play a key supporting role within the Marketing department, contributing directly to the delivery of company strategy.
• NB- Must not be a beneficiary of any SETA funded programme.

Qualifications    

• Marketing related tertiary qualification
• Matric Certificate

Knowledge, Skills and Experience    

• Previous work experience would be an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for marketing and eagerness to learn.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional support.
• Basic understanding/knowledge in Canva, Excel, PowerPoint is advantageous

Key Responsibilities    
Shoot Coordination

• Planning & Direction: Quarterly seasonal campaign execution and creative assistance.
• Briefing & Logistics: Assist with creating buyer briefs and manage bookings for venues, photographers, stylists, MUAs, models, and catering.
• Management: Compile shot lists and call sheets, and provide on-site coordination.

Content Planning & Social Media Management

• Scheduling & Assets: Create monthly social media schedules and paid advertising assets for TDMC.
• Strategy: Participate in weekly content and marketing meetings.
• Platform Management: Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok presence, including community engagement.

Influencer Management

• Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard brand-aligned influencers.
• Guidelines & QC: Create campaign briefs and review influencer content prior to posting.
• Administration: Assist with influencer payment processing.

Content Scheduling & Administration

•  Technical Execution: Schedule content via Meta Business Suite, write captions, and format imagery for various platforms
