    Marketing Manager: Budweiser & Stella

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • In combination with the Global Team, develop a One Year Plan for Stella Artois to produce a comprehensive roadmap for Corona for short and long term horizon.
    • Work and align with Global Brands Team to ensure that the brand positioning and toolkits are applied to South Africa by taking local nuance into consideration in terms of key programming.
    • Develop a holistic approach for Stella Artois that includes comprehensive ATL and BLT programming.
    • Key understanding and insights generated for the Premium Alcohol category to ensure we understand where to play and how to win.
    • Insight built into local nuance to ensure alignment and usage of correct brand assets (example digital storyline is combination of global & local content)
    • Alignment with the Premium Co. & Global Brands Commercial team to ensure that our brands and touchpoints are 100% aligned.
    • Working with Premium Co in the center and at regional level including an in depth knowledge of in trade dynamics.
    • Providing the tools for Premium Co. implementation to disrupt and make impact across channels.
    • Develop comprehensive programming/voltage for core properties (Example Soiree, Perfect Serve).
    • Experiential delivery of global and local properties.
    • Working with key external partners to deliver comprehensive marketing programs (ATL, Digital , Experiential & TTL)
    • Managing of core agency partners to deliver excellence.
    • Key understanding of media landscape and the efficiencies and effectiveness of the plans in conjunction with the local Connections team.
    • Key understanding and application of budget management.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree in Business or related field preferred
    • Experience in a sales or marketing related management position (preferably in SAB)
