    Marketing Manager

    How you’ll role

    As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating strategic marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, as well as online and offline marketing campaigns. Your excellent expertise in SEO/Google Adwords will drive sales through the websites. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

    What you’ll do

    • Strengthen the relationship with clients and company partnerships
    • Plan and execute campaigns
    • Track, analyse and report the success of campaigns and events
    • Create online and offline marketing content
    • Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
    • Contribute to the development of the marketing and communications strategy, plan, programme, outputs and deliverables
    • Define the annual marketing and communications plans by identifying the marketing and communication priorities, defining activities and deliverables to achieve marketing objectives, plotting on an annual calendar and submitting for approval
    • Define the marketing and communications budget by identifying the marketing and communication activity costs, plotting on an annual budget forecast, submitting for approval and managing on a monthly basis by deadline
    • Contribute to the development of the marketing and communications policies and procedures by reviewing current policy and procedures and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and alignment, making changes and submitting for signoff and approval by the approved deadlines
    • Planning and maintenance of web content
    • Managing digital marketing campaign briefs from internal stakeholders and obtaining relevant sign off/approvals
    • Execute the sending of emails, posting campaigns and uploads onto website and social media
    • Report on the performance of email communications
    • Formulation of campaign briefs for in-house studio and external agencies
    • Daily testing and quality control of key website functionality
    • Reporting on web activity and campaign performance
    • Logging of web bugs and issues – ensuring speedy resolution
    • Supporting other channel campaigns as needed – email and social media requirements

    What you’ll need

    • 1 to 3 years' of marketing experience
    • BS/BA in marketing or a related field of study
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • SEO/Adwords expertise is essential
