Marketing Specialist at Sensient Technologies Corporation

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales tools including sell sheets and presentations to cater to the needs of the local sales team in line with global marketing communication
• Collaborate with European Marketing Director and team to create digital content for South Africa; work with marketing leadership to help identify the most appropriate methods and mediums for distributing digital media content to account managers, customers, and prospects
• Assist in analyzing marketing data, research and trends (syndicated data, campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to help generate market insights and focused strategic plans for Sensient’s South Africa as well as global markets
• Follow up on General Manager briefings and press requests for editorial content, press releases to support the brand and product strategy roadmap
• Responsible for providing ongoing and ad-hoc marketing analytics support to marketing, technical and sales teams
• Build an understanding of industry dynamics, customer challenges, competitors and consumer trends
   

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in marketing fundamentals and creation of relevant content
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Very good level of skills in Microsoft Office programs, esp. MS PowerPoint
• Must be fluent in English language, both spoken and written, additional language skills are a plus
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Creativity - must demonstrate high levels of creativity, flexibility, problem solving and the ability to be enterprising
• Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion, including the management of multiple stakeholders Ability to willingness to travel
   

Education & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role
• - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline
