Maternity Leave Cover: Executive Assistant to the Head & Secretary to the SPACE (Support for Psychological, Academic and Careers Education) at St Stithians College

Key Responsibilities;

• Previous working experience within a similar position would be preferable
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written communication) is essential
• Good planning, organizing and administrative skills, with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work independently at all times
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Computer literacy in the full Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of a school database system will be advantageous
• Experience in minute taking – short hand / speedwriting would be an advantage
• Maintain a good relationship with both internal and external customers
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the College and to take initiative and act decisively
• An awareness of the nature of the school and willingness to commit to its all-round ethos, co-curricular activities and pastoral approach
