Mechanic at Truworths

Key Responsibilities    

• Technical knowledge of sewing machines used in the industry
• Previous experience in maintaining sewing machines
• Quick response time to assist when needed
• Has knowledge and adhere to health & safety standards
• Compile and maintain an Asset register of Electrical and Mechanical equipment
• Report breakdowns and make recommendations for plan forward
• Advise and drive planning and implementation of planned maintenance
• Build and maintain positive relationship with external service providers
• Ability to work independently

Qualifications and Experience    

• +5 years’ experience as a Mechanic in a clothing design centre environment.
• Matric
