A busy and well-established medical practice is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Accounts Controller to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong medical billing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a medical practice
Proficiency in Health Bridge, iHealth, or Vericlaim
Strong working knowledge of ICD10 codes, RPL codes, modifiers, PMB, and medical aid processes
Proven ability to investigate and resolve claims queries effectively
Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Additional Requirements:
Own reliable cell phone, laptop, and internet connection
Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
