Matric and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) or equivalent degree that allows registration with HPCSA as a Registrar. Valid registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Independent Practitioner.
Proof of current registration with the HPCSA for the period of 2025/2026. South African citizen or permanent residence, preferably in a Free State hospital . Experience: None after registration with the HPCSA as a Registrar (Medical). Valid driver's license.
Duties:
Service delivery to patients, outpatients, day patients and emergencies. Teaching and training, Conduct research. Must perform commuted overtime and medical administration. Perform outreach.
Manage all medical conditions to ensure that a competent service is provided to all patients. Supervise junior staff in order to provide adequate medical care and to train them to be able to do key medical interventions.
