Member Services Senior Consultant - Port Shepstone at Beekman Group

Key Performance Areas:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving member queries and complaints
• Attend to membership cancellation requests.
• Negotiations for member retentions.
• Addressing governing bodies’ complaints
• Handling legal correspondences and queries
• Perform various administrative and general office duties
• Prioritize and attend to allocated member queries within the specified service level agreement.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and methodical with excellent follow-up to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Provide front-end, telephonic, face-to-face or email support to members.
• Providing high-quality, prompt, and professional service to clients.
• Maintain Call Rate Standards
• Handle Resort complaints
• VOASA, CGSO, and other industry queries.
• Handling specialized projects

Requirements:

• Matric essential
• Working knowledge of the leisure industry
• Flexible working hours and overtime if and when required
• Previous call centre experience
• Working knowledge of social media channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with members in a professional and courteous manner
• Above average computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
