What You’ll Do:

• Apply Merchandising Principles to create dazzling in-store displays that wow customers and drive sales.
• Assist with store layouts and ensure brand positioning is spot on.
• Keep stock fresh with efficient stock rotation practices.
• Promote sales and enhance customer satisfaction by building meaningful relationships.
• Design and maintain eye-catching promotional displays.
• Ensure point-of-sale materials are always up to date and impactful.
• Attend trade shows, conventions, in-store promotions, and new store openings to stay ahead of trends.
• Fit, remove, and replace shelving with the precision of a true merchandising pro.
• Conduct stock takes and manage stock levels.
• Keep customers in the loop with all in-store activities.
• Share product knowledge with both customers and team members.
• Be the go-to person for customer and client queries, escalating to Sales Consultant or Regional Sales Manager when needed.
• Handle route planning and regular reporting to keep things running smoothly.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent – because we want the best and brightest!
• A valid driver’s license – you’ll need wheels for this journey!
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a merchandiser – we love experience, but a can-do attitude counts too.
• Experience with Repsly? That’s a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
• A knack for turning retail spaces into something memorable.
