Job description
Develop and Operationalise category selling solutions, for effective in-store and channel execution
Effectively support the rollout and delivery of the category initiatives/projects from inception to completion
Develop and operationalise tactical selling solutions to optimise seasonal trade performance through the effective translation & enablement of the ILF
Lead, develop and deliver world class category merchandising by implementing category space principles on shelf and on promotional displays
Minimum requirements
3-year bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent.
3 years’ experience in merchandising management, effective in-store, channel and planogram execution.
Minimum 3 years Liquor industry knowledge and experience advantageous.
Skilled in planning and executing merchandising projects within deadlines.
Customer centric, understanding of customer behaviour and preferences.
Solid grasp of merchandising management principles, and reporting.
Experience working cross-functionally.

Able to provide input into Range and Catalogue Management
Strong resilience and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Exceptional problem-solving ability and strong solution orientation.
Highly entrepreneurial, and passionate about the Liquor category.
