Job & Company Description:

• Our client, a renowned Financial Services company has an open position for a Mergers and Acquisitions specialist in their team. They are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance candidate. In this position your responsibilities will include deal structuring and completion. You will also be performing Valuations according to legal guidelines and oversee and finalise the sales of shares.

Education:

•         BCom degree in Finance/Investments/Accounting
•         CFA qualification non-negotiable
•         A legal background would be beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:

•         4-6 years’ related experience
•         Relevant experience in Corporate Finance
