MiBusiness Insurance Specialist (Eastern/Southern Cape) at MiWay Insurance Limited

What will you do?

• We are looking for full-time face to face Commercial Insurance Specialists also called Tied Agents or Brokers in the industry to join our team.  
• This role will be based in Eastern/Southern Cape.
• The Commercial Insurance Specialist will work with clients to identify their insurance needs and sell appropriate policies.
• The ideal candidate will be required to build and maintain relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and possess strong negotiation skills. MiWay Business Insurance offers a competitive remuneration model with attractive commission and tools of the trade.

Minimum Requirements

• NQF4/Matric/Standard 10
• FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Dofa)
• Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) completed
• Must have your own reliable transport
• Valid code B driver’s license

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the commercial insurance industry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in face-to-face business

• To deliver on business strategies and key deliverables
• To actively source and grow your portfolio of clients 
• To provide world class service to your portfolio of clients, thereby ensuring a low lapse rate
• To screen new business and ensure that your portfolio does not pose a threat to MiWay’s risk pool
