    • Area of specialization: To manage Cluster, Region or Mega Construction BU Human Resources function to meet the business strategic intent. Provide general strategic business partnering focusing on the delivery of HR services as well as the design, improvement and implementation of HR solutions. Department: Human Resources Operations Business Unit: Human Resources Task Grade: M18 Location: Megawatt Park, Sunninghill, Gauteng

    Job description
    Key Responsibilities 

    • Provide an integrated HR operational support and services to cluster, region or mega construction BU
    • Align HR strategy to cluster, region or mega construction business strategy and objectives
    • Drive the development and execution of HR Service Level Agreements
    • Ensure compliance to Human Resources Policies, Procedures and other external labour regulations Performance improvement and optimisation of Human Resources function
    • Resource management

    • Understanding governing system

    Minimum requirements
    Qualification(s):

    • B-Degree / B Tech in Behavioural Sciences or Human Resources at NQF 7 with 360 Credits 

    Experience: 

    • 7 years of Management experience and HR Generalist experience
