Qualification(s):

• B Degree / BTech/National Higher Diploma in Real Estate / Quantity Surveying/Building Science/Commerce/Facilities/Engineering at NQF7 with 360 credits 
• 7 years’ experience in delivery of facilities and building relates services. Experience in contracts and project management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and monitor the implementation of strategic plans, standards and procedures, good practices in line with Eskom Real Estate (ERE) policies and national legislation
• Manage ERE operations (i.e. commercial, industrial, residential and commercial farms, conservation sites, social community footprint portfolios) in an effective and efficient manner in specific areas
• Manage the Eskom Real Estate facilities and land according to and take full responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) environmental and integrated risk management requirements
