    Job Description

    • A Mining house based in the Gauteng region is looking for an experienced Registered Psychometrist

    Duties:

    • Supports team and leadership performance by applying behavioural science, psychometric insight, and facilitation expertise

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Degree or equivalent in Psychology or Industrial Psychology
    • Registered Psychometrist with the HPCSA
    • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in psychometric assessment and team development preferably within a Mining environment
