Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
Duties & Responsibilities
- Report dirty work stations before start of shifts
- Ensure that all machines are in 100% working conditions and report any problems immediately to the supervisor
- Input premix and hand ingredients in the mixer
- Ensure mixer is closed during operation
- Check dough temperature
- Ensure batch numbers of ingredients are correct
- Complete mixing record accurately
- To ensure maximum thruput per plant specifications
- Always ensure 100% that there are no objects near or in the way of the pan station, that could cause damage
- Analyse COA
- Responsible for keeping your assigned work area clean and tidy at all times and report potential contamination and suspicious activities
- Complete production parameter charts and records
- All machines must be switched off at the end of shifts
- Help spontaneously with any problems in the whole "make up" area
