    Moderator (Ref NO: M113/17/25)

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 Certificate or NC(V) level 4 Certificate. An appropriate relevant qualification, Moderator Certificate with Statement of Results (Moderate outcomes-based assessments). Computer Literacy. Be registered as a moderator with relevant SETA.

    COMPETENCIES:

    • Advanced knowledge of learnerships and skills programmes. Good Communication Skill.

    DUTIES:

    • Moderate the total number of learners’ Portfolios of Evidence as per SETA requirements. Produce corrective feedback for learners, produce corrective feedback for assessors, Produce comprehensive moderation report according to SETA requirements and Ikhala TVET College Moderation Policy on correct templates.
