    Motor Insurance Complaint Handler

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Use your insurance knowledge to resolve motor insurance complaints
    • Make outbound calls to gather additional information and resolve complaints efficiently
    • Draft clear and concise final response letters to customers

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience in motor insurance complaint handling is essential
    • Strong experience in writing bespoke final response letters
    • Good understanding of FOS complaint guidelines and Consumer Duty
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • High attention to detail
    • Comfortable navigating multiple in-house systems
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word
