• We are looking for a group schemes and dream team operations specialist to join our Alternative channels team.
• This newly established position will play a critical role in coordinating, executing, and supporting both Group Schemes and Dream Team Connect (Multi-level Marketing) operations.
• The role requires an individual with exceptional project coordination and administrative capabilities who can work across functions to drive operational effectiveness and ensure compliance.

• Support the operational integration and oversight of Dream Team Connect following its acquisition.
• Provide end-to-end administrative coordination for complex Group Schemes, including schemes with no external administrators.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, external regulations, and stakeholder expectations.
• Assist the Manager: Alternative Channels by alleviating daily operational pressures related to Dream Team Connect and Group Schemes administration.
• Provide insight and support in planning and execution within the division.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure seamless execution of scheme-specific and Dream Team deliverables.
• Manage reporting processes, contribute to cost analysis, and support early traction on key 2026 deliverables.
• Act as a liaison for Dream Team Connect and large Group Scheme stakeholders to ensure alignment and service delivery

Requirements

• Grade 12.
• Any relevant qualifications in either Operations Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
• 5+ years’ experience in operational support, preferably within insurance, Group schemes, or alternative channels, multi-level marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity in a high-compliance environment.
• Knowledge of Multi-level Marketing, Group Scheme operations, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent administrative, communication, and planning skills, computer and excel skill to be above average.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
